I know sony semicon has a 12Mp 4:3 1/1.31" global shutter capable of 4K@240. Same 2.4 micron.
Should have used instead of cropping. Also bionz XR. 😒
But that will probably give too much heat that's why not reasonably useful for compact devices. |

The Xperia Pro-I reminds me a little bit of the very beautiful and sleek Sony Ericsson C902.
Not as beautiful though!

I can actually see what you are talking about, there was a striking bit of familiarity about it and now that you made this observation I see why I got that feeling to. The frame sides remind me of the C902.

SD695 announced. Should I expect it inside 10iv?
Why 486 instead of 663? It is older and inferior.

Good afternoon.
🙏🏻, return cam button to midrange !! Also the stereo speaker.
Design does not need to change, 10iii looks nice already. |

I havent seen the next successor of "1" yet but Sony graciously gave me a clue The next one will be slightly thicker but have the same dimension as 1III, same camera island design/dimensions No real proof, take that with a tons of salt

Kishida said Pro-i to be for sale from this december until end of 2022.
Does this mean it is not yearly cycle?
Would not be easier if 1iii and Pro-i were same device instead of two?
How long dpes it take to create any phone?
Please, take to them another suggestion? Promise this is last one. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

AFAIR, they've mentioned before that it takes around 1 year to create 1 mobile phone from scratch so the Xperia Pro-I was designed around 2020, the same time the Xperia 1 iii was being created. |

I'm impressed by the real time tracking, in video especially.
The tracking system is intelligent enough to recognise not just eyes and faces, but heads, bodies, torsos, etc. so it can continue to track your subject even when it looks away, so it's in focus the moment it turns to the camera and you want to capture that decisive moment.
