This is from Fishing 8 on weibo. She seems very reliable, she always talking about many kind of electronics like TVs, cameras, cam lenses etc ..

11th Sept 2020 : she posted about a 12.3MP 1/1.31" 4:3 cmos with global shutter capable of 4K@160fps 12bit.
She does not say Xperia, but no other OEM cares about this , just Sony. There is no way to achieve all this unless global shutter.

One of the potential S22U designs is loop design. I love omnibalance, but also love loop. XZ Premium was too stunning. |

I am looking forward to a Xperia Pro II. The current one is nice, but seriously lacking Sub-6 bands. Definitely the best phone I have used (beasting 1iii) and extremely durable.

Id'd be surprised if we see another Pro anytime soon. Unfortunately, at this stage it looks like just more of the same. I hope they have something exciting up their sleeve.

It is weird that Photo Pro lets you use 300mm for 70mm cam, but basic mode use Super AI only from the 24mm. π
They also have a 70-400mm G. But would be too much to ask in limited space. |

AI super resolution can also use on basic mode for both 70 mm and 105mm lens . |

4 cameras. Are they really gonna remove true zoom in favor of two fixed focal lengths like she has said before? I really hope they keep zoom lens. Two periscopes would be killer setup.
There will be an announcement in two weeks. I have no idea what's about.
Zero clue if it is watch, phone or tablet.

New hardware to be announced on the 26th of this month.
It would be nice it it was to be in store before Christmas but I can't see it, unless they have made huge changes to their launch schedule. Hopefully it will make Mobile Wold Congress at the end of February, which is more likely.
I wonder what they have to show . . .

Pro mark ii would be so unnecessary now. Looks like Xperia Russia Insta let escape it is cellphone. Deleted already.
Please, be a merge of RX100 and Xperia like someone suggested last year.
