There should be. With Opera Mini you can enter to dabr.co.uk and start tweeting from there. It is a mobile interface to Twitter's API.

Thanks for replay. I tried some Twitter's client but I have always some problems with Twitter's API. I will try your web interface method

Most of those clients haven't been updated and they still have the old API. That's why they don't work.

I used to use the mobile site. Maybe not fully featured but enough to tweet and read.
With OperaMini it was fast as well.

@floke: they're not mostly. I've not seen any j2me client with their new api. The most you could do is to switch to the mobile site. They've improved it a lot.
