Exactly and the odds are you are not going to do that all the time to click a photo. But how does that stop someone buying a phone which has no camera key?
Well is it THAT hard to imagine that different people have different requirements?! Lol.
For me camera is cruical.
Oh no don't get me wrong. Just that Xperia V has so many good features and specs that camera key is way too small reason not to buy. According to me, but yes everybody has different requirements and that's why I was keen to understand how does really camera key helps? But then I thought may be for photographers or who like taking lot of pictures, for them it must be a big deal.

I dont think its a deal breaker for me too, i would trade that for the water resistance and durability.. But the problem is when is it coming and how will sony support it?

I have to admit that I fancy the design of the V more than that of the T and TX.

Design wise, its T all the way for me. It also looks like my walkman X .

Do we know anything else about the metal frame, is it's real metal or just chromed plastic?

I actually prefer using the touchscreen, because that minimises the chance of blurry photos, especially in low light.

Touch focus seems the better option, although it would have been nice to have had a camera button as well.

Don't forget touchscreen doesn't work that good under water!
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand... Mediar's Site |

Doesn't the V have wet finger tracking? I'd like to see how this worked underwater. Are there any Acro S demos?

Guys the touchscreen doesn't work underwater. Wet Finger Tracking only applies when its used in the rain or there is a splash of water on the screen. |

So the only way to capture underwater pics is to use self timer before sinking
