@Dacha how are you so sure there's no US release? it will work in the US anyway, it's just a matter of spending the cash to import it.

Yes and no. I can but the 3G will not work on AT&T. LTE should work fine but not all the markets have LTE and without 3G it would default to EDGE. Also AT&T has started to kill its 2G network. AT&T uses the 1900 Band the phone supports: UMTS HSPA+ 850 (Band V), 900 (Band VIII), 2100 (Band I)

3G will work on AT&T but it may not be a stable connection since only the 850 band is supported. I wonder why the 1900 band didn't get stuck on there too?

It is still the best phone from Sony as of right now, as far as features.

the T is looking really nice in official photos though. I guess it's a matter of wanting water resistance or a bigger screen? AHHH can't decide....

Thats when the TV needs Wifi. I found my answer on the website.

Connect

Share it magically on any screen

Home at last. Time to relax with the latest blockbuster? The “Movies” app magically downloads info on all the films that you have downloaded or side loaded, and lets you view in high quality. Or play your own videos for an audience of friends. Show it on your HDTV, with the touch of a button. Without cords thanks to Screen Mirroring* or via a standard HDMI cable using the MHL adapter** or an Xperia TV Dock**. And with live streaming in full HD, what looks gorgeous on your phone looks just as gorgeous on your HDTV.

*Xperia™ T/TX plans to introduce Screen Mirroring based on certified WiFi Miracast in Nov 2012. You will need an Adapter for your TV to enable Screen Mirroring.
**Separate accessory, not included

An adaptor to enable Screen Mirroing. But I still don't get it, what about DLNA? Isn't that suppose to work wireless?

@moogoo

I agree that it is the best phone but I have to import it and have network issues. AT&T has much more coverage on the 1900 band then the 850.
