Hi guys

after more than six years with K750i I am going to buy this beauty (mini) . Is there any production problems and bugs with Mini?
I am new to android, so can you recommend some must have application? What I need to setup?

Best regards

No issues with mine I graduated from the k800i & the W995i to the mini pro - no regrets.

I recommend JuiceDefender (set it to aggressive saving mode) & Lookout (realtime anti-virus). Deleted the stock McAffee AV - Lookout is much better.

I have removed the McAfee AV .... and installed a free version of AVG AV that updates it self and scans all incoming files. Works perfect and is for free .

anyway good luck with your New phone ... big step after the K750 but Android is easy and works well ... you will like it.
In its time I had the K750i for 3 month and than moved to the W800i that i still have ... loved them both and love my Xmini pro too...

Either SE's own PC Companion or MyPhoneExplorer (which I prefer).

1. I think it's good to have an antivirus. AVG Antivirus is free and very reliable one.
2. Just send all your contacts through bluetooth to your Mini. Don't forget to go to mini's bluetooth settings and select the device to be traceable, otherwise k750 won't see it when it'll search for devices.
3. The best free, ad-free, that plays everything, media player is MoboPlayer. Search it on the market. For audio I'm satisfied with the android's player.
4. If your phone is rooted (don't ask me what this is...) there are plenty of unistallers in the market. If not, then you can uninstall unistallable apps through the android itself.

Did you install MPE both on the phone and on your PC (you need both) ?
If so, did you try to connect through WiFi or USB ?
