The battery life on them is incredible thanx to the 1500mAh batt, the UI is a lot better as its S60v3 FP2, its also far more snappy cause of the newer 600mhz CPU. Im not sure about the memory though as Nokia Messaging Email app installs to internal, so memory may be a prob depending how large your emails are, but overall E55 is better. The E66 is old now,has average batt life, and isnt going to get much support. But in my suggest i would have taken E52 Because the softwares are advanced in that phone. Its a tough phone with some advanced features. Also, its very effective and reliable to use.
