Need help with SIM Card unavailable |

i went to phonebook then all contacts were gone and it show "My number: SIM card unavailable". i did have an back up online but i also back up to my sim card and SD card. somehow i tired to import my contact from both options ( sim card and SD card ) and it kept getting error like .com android and froced to closed bla bla bla.
so i decided to do the hard reset. the result was that i can import my contact from sim card and SD card but somehow '"My number: SIM card unavailable". is still show up!!! so i decided to asked my local phone service provider to send me a new sim card tomorrow!!!! let's see what's going to happen
so is anyone have the same problem and how can you fix the "My number: SIM card unavailable". things?
