@cyborg

i have nokia n5300 and im not here to counter your belief,

it doesn't mean that the G icon boxes your connection is continious its just an indicator that your gprs is in used but compare to SE the boxed G still remains even in idle, and i know you will ask me how do i figured it out?

use bolt browser any version will do and you will find out exactly what i meant.

yes i experience the disconnection when i do have the s40, but i said it's on s60 mate, yes it's on idle state when i'm not clicking but and a big BUT i would'nt be redirected in another ip carrier of globe EVEN if i was on idle state, STILL the ip carrier won't change, unless the G unboxes.

i've encounter many types of s60s and some types of s60s don't have the G when using browser application instead an antenna icon with 3G sign if 3G is in used, and the boxed G appeared in the built-in browser but the icon is just the same as what s40s icon function, anyway i think thats not very important and im curious about your idea in IP carrier swapping.

can you tell us about that IP carrier and please make an elaborate explanation about it if you don't mind, and how did you figured it out? how can i figured it out? how can we tell if the ip carrier that were using had already swapped? im not saying that your lying i just want to experienced it too..

im the kind of person that doesn't satified from what i've read im not just buying what other peoples belief instead im doing some experiments to experience it too.

oh before i push the post button

please don't answer me with others post or experience, i want your own explanation and experience.

Me and excalibur69 already discuss about ip carrier in aquared's thread i thougt you read about it or because you ain't fun of reading, i already said IN my S60 meaning that I EXPERIENCE it, if you don't have s60 phone you won't able to see it, this is how you will notice between the switching of IP CARRIER, they didn't even notice why sometimes they were redirected in free site but sometimes not.

Use your om
also open your Connection Manager

in your om use space trick
now visit this site
pinoywap.net
below you will see your ip carrier.
Assuming its Globe Telecom

now goto your Connection Manager to disconnect your connection.

Now connect again to your om reload pinoywap.net if your ip carrier is still same repeat the disconnection and connect until you will see that your IP CARRIER changes to Globe Telecom/Innove
BTW this for GLOBE NETWORK.

In globe network sometimes they were redirected to freesite when using php trick, WHY?
Because php trick isn't working in Globe Telecom carrier.

But sometimes they are not redirected to freesite when using php, WHY?
Because php trick is working in Globe Telecom/Innove.

Pity on those who doesn't know why they were redirected in free site and sometimes not.

I already mention it use space trick, oh, don't use any cgi, just plain reverse ip trick, space trick is working on both ip carrier, so you will see the two ip carrier, just do the process that i gave. I swear to you man there two ip carrier of globe, you will see it. And to prove that ip trick isn't working in Globe Telecom, if you seen your ip carrier is Globe Telecom, edit your om server take off the space voila failed to connect, and if your ip carrier was Innove even if you take the space out you still can connect, tried and tested for 1month observation.

optional procedure:
switch to KB browsing and also your load must be zero hehe just to assure because some sims are fb.

Now i can't stand no more on these nosebleeding conversation.

im using n3100 and globe tatoo sim, i can only browse using the builtin browser with ssl cgi trick, on my observation, the gprs icon appear and make itself comfortable by going to the box(on the left side), then the globe guy continously circling(on the right side), when it finishes the loading of the page, the globe thingy dissappear, while the G boxed icon stays.

heheh,n0w, this is what i called saw saw. Whihi.
