Its the new complaints site. You also have to officially register a complaint(s) with O2. Make sure you do. Not enough people complain these days which is why we get treated like crap. When i had constant problems on O2 i complained every day until it was sorted. There were constant network problems in my area then after complaining every day they finally realised there was a problem and it was sorted. For a while. Then it happened again. O2 kept saying there was no reported problems with any of the masts in my area. Then they sent engineer out and all of a sudden 3G started working. Phone?? What phone??
