Maybe it's a software problem, have you tried reinstalling your firmware with SEUS?? If that doesn't work I'm afraid it could be a hardware problem and you'll need technical support.

It is a HW prob, just fixed a K850i with same problem by taking it apart and cleaning the touchscreen contacts on the keyboard PCB. If that doesn't work then replacing that PCB (cheap off Ebay) should do the trick

Yeah that is hardware prob. I had to replace the old keypad membrane with a new one. Try to clean the touch sensors if it doesn't work then replace it. Seems all K850i users getting this prob sooner or later.. [addsig]

That guide makes it look much more simple then it actually is, and honestly is pretty useless, I found the official SE
guide find link below.

It is very fiddly, and takes a while to master unclipping all the clips around the phone with the credit card. You have to be VERY careful around the camera buttons. The button for taking the picture is made up of a few different layers which can fall away so easily as happened to me. Luckily I managed to find all the pieces and sort of guessed the order they go on top of each other and fixed it, but if you loose the pieces you have to buy a whole new keypad membraine.

Here is my thread explaining: http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=182949#post2638994

And here are the official instructions for opening up your K850i, by SE themselves: http://www.seuniverse.com/for[....]_mech_working-instructions-pdf

Thanks
