I've got a W960i and it's touch screen is not working (I didn't dropped it anywhere )... all other keys are working just fine ... I heard somewhere in this forum that master key might do the trick but since it's touchscreen is not working how am I supposed to do the Master Reset... And don;t suggest me to use the jog dial coz you need to click the yes button which you cant do with the jog dial .. so is there any alternative way I can Master Reset my w960i - using some software or some combination of keys ... bla bla bla ??
Thanks in advance

try reformatting your internal memory instead of master reset or try updating or reflashing your firmware,, if nothing happens then it's a hardware problem,,

This happened to me too. I sent my in for service, but I read somewhere here on esato that there is a connector to the screen that have slipped loose. There was something about taking out the battery and press hard on the screen from behind the battery place. The connector should snap in place again. Search the symbian forum about that. I think it might be in this thread.
