Did they leave out the sms/mms conversation style(chat view)? Or do I have to change some settings to use it?

They screwed it up, kinda.
If you want chat messaging style, then change your cda to western europe and go to R1BA042 but if you want all those other things then use hong kong cda and go to R1DA032
