Hi there,

Is there anyway into tricking SEUS to reinstall the firmware/software on my W980 as when I use the SEUS is says that there is no new update avaialable.

Can I use the A2Uploader to change like a version number somewhere so I can reinstall the software/firmware?

Or is there another way of doing it?

Thanks.

you need to tweak your phone, then seus will be fooled and it'll put a new firmware to your phone.

Can you give me an example of what I can tweak? Because I don't want to break my phone!

You must change the CDA number of your phone. It determines the customization/region of your phone so that the proper languages and contents are installed.

Here you go (The tutorials are NOT for W980 but it is certainly done that way)

However I could not find a CDA list for W980 as nobody has made one yet.

That's all I can do for now. sorry
