Hi guys, Im new to this forum. I have a Sony Ericsson G900i and about a week ago it started showing some unusual symptoms...The screen started displaying everything very darkly an then within 5 Minutes the screen would be blacked out but the phone would still be on (don't know if it still receives calls cause I didn't test that), also the phone has become very slow when it starts up and is running. I have previously tried using SEUS to update the phones operating software to try and get rid of the Hong Kong software it came loaded with but it only updated it with the latest Hong Kong software....and I tried that again to see if it would fix the problem but it hasn't and it seems to have made the phone even slower...

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!

Erm the screen blacking out within 5 minutes, I don't think its intentional? Maybe due to inactivity of phone and that you have Power save enabled or Car holder: On through the back light settings? I think thats the case, and if its slow menus, turn transitions off, I think my G900 displays fairly quick response times, but its been noted that the menu can be really slow
