right, normally when i open esato, everything's fine and works rather well..

but over the last 3 days, i've noticed a strong smell of petrol coming from the Non mobile discussion!

i keep checking, but no petrol has leaked to the desktop!

any ideas to what could be causing this problem?

cheers!

Have you washed your hands after filling up??

I did that on a drive from London to Edinburgh and it took me till Birmingham to realise it was on me hands!

Have you tried popping the bonet on the control panel and checking all the profile preferences are connected the right avatar? If there not, there might be a leak your avatar, causing the funny smell.

Well that'd explain it, it's simply Mr.Jobs trying to make up for the 'lack' of viruses by simply attempting to setting fire to your computer.

I believe the guidelines in such circumstances are:

1. Unplug your Mac

2. Repackage in box.

3. Take to local refuse site and throw it in a crusher

4. Go to PC World

5. Buy a real computer

Then you'll be all ok again, and the nightmare will be over
