All I can say is.....

I'am glad to have left them!

I'am glad not to have to spend 20 mins + to get through to customer services.

I'am not sorry that I'm no longer charged for expensive picture messaging charges from the uk and abroad

I'am not sorry for not having to be charged per min when you are abroad.

I'am happy that my bills are loads cheaper with my current provider (Not Orange)

I'am glad that adverts from my network make sense, talk sense and dont use the words I'am

I'am Sorry Orange have lost the plot!

I'am also not currenlty wrong saying that Orange are still no where near the market leader and they need to vastly improve in all areas

** Not listen to customers proved that Iam no 1 Orange is Iam currenlty last

http://www.mobiletoday.co.uk/[....]e_left_trailing_behind_O2.html

Latest numbers show Orange left trailing behind O2

Orange added 1000 new customers between April and and June
O2 added 275.000 new customers in the same period

****

I'am missing the Orange 3g network though to where i live

I'am missing the Futures Bright, The futuers Orange

Oh and I'am happy that i have got all this of my chest !!

And last but not least

" I'am not a Dolphin, Canary, Racoon, Panther, Camel, Gerbil, Rabbit, Owl or any other Animals they may want to use. "

** And Today I was helping a friend out trying to register a credit card to his account, after speaking 3 customer care team 25 mins or trying to explain to people what to do, the sim card was deactivated the credit lost. **

And then you wonder why people leave.

Yep I'AM will really work for Orange as there new slogan !!

I'am not Orange

Actually i like the O2 image its fresh and looks good. The adverts are informative on what they offer and yes the music is good. That music you now get when your on hold. Despite some problems i do have with O2 their image is good though how long till the bubble bursts and maybe Orange become No.1 again. Only time will tell. Or Voda.

Yes that music is on when holding though with O2 you never on hold for long. I thought it was bit odd when i first heard the music. Orange when your on hold(for hours)play latest pop music but songs slightly shortened. Miss UK im sure you will turn Orange around by yourself lol

Mr Myagi, the O2 theme is "The Animals Went In Two By Two", hench the Noah's Ark theme

You should know that!
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for.

It's been announced today that Initiative - the agency behind these ads - has lost the Orange account, worth £75 million!
I guess that answers the question as to whether these ads were effective or not!
