Ok, guys I'm really fed up with this thing now its been almost 4 days now and my phone is basically USELESS i have to turn it off and on to do something at all and I can't even access the menu.

Some people have this problem and it works sometimes but mine didn't work ONE since its busted

if ANYONE can tell me what i can do for this it'd be really really appreciatable
i'm pretti sure its a hardware issue but even for that what should i do. I am in saudi arabia and everyone here only knows about NOKIA NOKIA AND NOKIA i'd have to explain what to do to them... so please if you could explain to me too would be great thanks in advance

This is a common problem, if the phone is under warranty then claim it.

Yeah, sending the phone to service center is the only solution for that K850 problem... It is hardware issue so you cannot fix it yourself using PC and USB cable

I'm sure the phone is under warranty.. You can safely claim it. I hope you do have a centre nearby though!

Yeah, had this problem too..

First they worked randomly and after a few days they stopped working completely.

I sent it back for repair since you can't do anything about it.
