K800i : not being detected by PC when turned off |

if im using PC Suite and Phone is ON. the computer can detect it and so is PC Suite
but when im using XS++ and holding down C+ (removing battery and stuff) it does not detect it, nothing happens, NORMALLY at least a new drive should open up right? but there is none..
help pls. thanks |

u dont have the USB flash driver u can get it here

thanks. i already downloaded the file
problem is whenever i hold down the C button and connect the USB Cable. the computer does not even give any messages that it detects a new hardware..
it could only detect the phone using PC Suite and If the phone is turned on
btw, my firmware is the first ever firmware .. R1CB001 i think.. that is what the tech put it when i had it repaired in a local cell shop.. do you think this is the reason why my phone could not be detected?!..

it wont actually detect the phone but when you go to DEVICE MANAGER you would notice that there is a device in there that has an exclamation point. right click on it and hit REINSTALL DRIVERS or UPDATE DRIVERS..

pc will detect automatic when u plug in your phone... if u are using XS or other tool... u need to press C and connect your phone.. |
