ive also had bad feedback other stuff to.
there emails for instance, they don't respond to you if they know there in the wrong about somethng!
generally there pretty quick to respond but I really gotta admit there replys suck, if you read how many times people here have posted there replys of them it's as if they don't read what you have sent them!
I think there was one time they actually went out of there way for me when I messed myphone up, even then all she did give me was a Phone-Number lol..
How long have you used 02 for ?

I have used a mixture of networks first was one to one who became t mobile for 4 years then orange then 3 then voda.now o2 o2 has been he far best for me so far. And as a o2 cust I get priority tickets for events at the o2 arena and they give me and everyone I know on o2 free 60 SMS on ur birthday etc. Its all good hehe |

Well when you have been with 02 after say 10-11 years and taking into the fact I was with them when they came out with that Philips Digi U brick known as Cellnet back then, then you will say the samething as me
I never had any other network except them so

i been with tmobile for about 9 years and last year my phone got lost ,when i was calling to bar the phone , i also was trying to cancel the contract and guess what they gave me a phone for free and it wasnt an upgrade or anything, that one of the reason i respect tmobile they take care of there loyal customers

well i rang o2 today regarding the new unlimited web bolt on they are doing. However i was told it is only available to new customers despite my contract being a 600min contract.
Although the lady i spoke to didn't seem to have much of a clue about things, i might try tomorrow and speak to someone more knolwedgeable. |

superluminova you have to be trsnsferred onto the new tariffs introduced on 1st feb to have the unlimted data option added on. Either as a free Bolton that replaces any extra option u have on ur account now like long weekend calls etc or have it as a paid for bolton on ur tariff at 7.50 a mnth. They should change tariff in order to add the relevant data web bolton. If they dont n say its for new customers only ask for a team manager. |

02 aren't bothered about loyal customers after all the years I was with them they didn't bend there back for me at retentions,
just got alot of stress trying to cancel and crap saying the E65 I wanted was a old handset now lol
the woman messed my pac code up too it didn't arrive after 48hrs I had to ring up for it, the guy didn't seem to happy with the woman but gave me my pac anyway..
maybe she got the sack cos she didn't try her hard to keep me winged onto the 02 service lol
btw I did tell the why I wanted to leave "I wanted a Change" simple

Yes i am on O2 pay and go and i have my 500 free mins a month for 10 pounds top up free treats free credit every 3 months plus i use the unlimited data bolt on. I have never been happier with amy network before. Never have to wait on hold for customer services always get a solid signal and never a single dropped call. O2 are the best since Telefonica took over. Not sure though if pay and go is still 200 mega bytes or unlimited. I never go over that anyway.

just found this thread after posting in the iphone discussion. I guess I never followed it much as O2 didn't interest me
but, since my iphone is limited to GPRS speeds on my t-mob sim I called o2 out of curiosity to see what sort of similar sim only with data they could do and I found out about this unlimited data deal for £7.50 with no fair use policy and a sim only (rolling monthly contract) for £15/month
so I've got one coming now and will be testing it out

I'm really happy with o2 right now, they seem to be back on track i've just had my iPhone tariff upgraded for free to 600 mins and 500 txt with unlimited data which is great my only gripe is that edge coverage isn't that great in my area and i often get the blue square without the "E" meaning it is using GPRS instead which is slower but other than that there great.
