I been on O2 for 8 months now and have never had one single problem with them. I am on pre pay and its great value but i never have connection problems no dropped calls no coverage problems great 3G coverage where i live and customer service i always get through straight away with very helpful staff. Would not go with any other network again. Only thing i hate is no call waiting on pre pay.

I'm another recent convert from Orange to o2 due to the pants coverage I had with Orange, so far o2 has been far superior and its a bonus that my other half is already on o2 pay as you go so I can call for free . |

ATTN Danarc, if you want a delivery report enter the following at the beginning of any text you send *0#
This will give you the report you require.
Also on the new tariffs, any tariff of £35 or more will be able to choose from a list of Bolt ons and select one for free, this should include Data.

@kjdaco
I didn't know that. I was on O2 about a year ago and spoke to countless O2 store staff and was told the O2 network doesn't support delivery report messages but you would receive a 'delivery failed' message if the text failed to send. So i guess it was more or less the same thing. |
