first thing I would do us go to the www.o2.co.uk website. Check your post code area and the areas you want to use your phone in for 3g coverage. The 3g coverage is ok but not as good as t mobile 3g coverage but o2 does have a bigger gsm coverage in the uk than t mobile. most places in uk is covered by o2 3g
On o2 you can use your voice mins as video mins. For example if you get 1000 voice mins u can use them as video mins instead. The tariffs on o2 are good but depends what your after. However t mobile does have better web plans for data than o2. |

Thats now incorrect.
As from January 1st, as stated in the small print in the brochure and on the website, video calls no longer come out of your free minutes.
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for. |

As far as the website is concerned and customer service the video call mins stil comes out of free allowance mins. It was meant to be 50p a min. But not anymore |

It was meant to be on 01/01/08. But when I Checked the website that day they removed any mention of the 50p min charge and have said it comes out of free allowance. |

It has the biggest customer base in the uk than all the other uk networks. And may be launching some tariffs end of this month that's going to be blowing all the other networks away. |
