Looks similar to Mitsubishi's Symbian D800iDS.

The Nokia version looks to have a motion sensor in it judging by the orienation of the device in the diagram.

a very cool concept would be interesting to see how the actual thing would work?nintendo ds springs to mind from looking at that sketch.
