Yes lets wait for SE N95 8GB version/counter offer to be officaily announced......and then wait another 6 months for it to be released |

wait for 6 mos? thats not always the case as soon as knows that a handset is ready to see the light of day, will release it. look at the case of z610, k618 and p1. release date was just weeks after the announcement date.

Personally I prefer the SE UI. It goes well with photo ID and its ringtones. I'll be waiting for a W920i or something that has a light, if not time to switch.

very well said dextrr phones really have some bugs after they are released. what phone out there didn't have any bugs when released? to reiterate: At least they get to work it properly

Are you sure of that? and who wants to wait the length of time it takes SE to release firmware not me that's for sure. Nokia isn't innocent but at least they release firmware quickly that does the job not months and months of waiting.

Just don't BUY fones during it's INITIAL release . . . wait for some months before gettin' one.

if u wait few month, then already a new model is out... instead of waiting, the barnds should test the fones rather a bit longer

On a side note, I really do believe that SE has been focusing on their mid-range phones this year.
Maybe it'll be otherwise next year. |

true. must have been a pain to make and design such mid range fones for the guys who work for se now, but was busy in the past for /// and got used for development in fones...

Nov 2007 still waiting release........
Whats the point in officially announcing a phone when its plain to see that due to whatever reason it clearly needs more development/testing/bug fixes etc etc.
It not only frustrates the consumer who hangs on & waits in anticipation of upgrades etc (in some cases months) but its also giving your market competitor (in this case Nokia/Samsung etc) a great insight into where you are technically in development terms of your lates 'flagship' phones.
Please SE get your new phones in near prefect working order THEN annouce them for an official uk/europe/worldwide release date say 2-3weeks later.

actually while i'm having my 5min moan at SE
W960 "flagship' walkman phone - delayed 5months & counting....
K850i "flagship" camera phone - 100's of bugs & problems, way more than to be expected in a new phone anyway (see countless esato post)
Don't get me wrong SE ARE a great manufacturer (my K800i has been brilliant all along and i've no complants) but surely they've got to get thier act together after the problems & issues this year. |
