Thank you all.But after trying all these,i am not getting the service menu.I am able to get it in flip closed mode but not in flip open.
Can you please elaborate on the procedure.Shall i start the "jog dial up..*..." procedure from the stand by screen or from the virtual keypad screen?

open flip man than press phone and aftercthet jog dial up......... its very simple

Depending on current firmware sometimes the phone just won't let you access it. You have then to restart and try again. If all fails, just put the flip on while doing it [addsig]
