k790i freezes when charging |

Hey guys, my k790i freezes when it is charging through the wall charger (the newer version with the outlet that lets you plug in the headset). Like it will freeze out of the blue and then I have to remove the battery and then restart the phone. I have the latest fw R1KG001... anybody know how I can fix this cuz it's really annoying. Thanks! |

it culd be a faulty charger and / or batt. u should let it check in se service point, thats the best soltuion. where are u from?

Thanks for your help. I actually think it's the battery since it just froze on me today when I wasn't even charging the phone. What's this SE service point you're talking about? |
