I wouldn't call the UK number a hotline exactly. Everytime I have rang its take 20 mins to get through and I tend to know more about things than they do!!

actually I get through to the UK number in less than 5 mins usually but I soon realise that I needn't have bothered as they have never actually correctly given me the answer or solution to a problem and most of the time deny that the problem even exists and it seems I am always the first person to report any problem that I call them about!

I'm only calling SE when i need info about the software for my page or when i have to claim a warranty case..

Thanks Boba. Luckily only had to ring up SE to order new mobiles not for problems. The SE centers in the U.S , And in Malaysia have always been prompt under 5minutes and always been helpful when ive rang them up. |
