@plankgatan
For some one that is so into SE you seem to be spending an awful lot time reading about the N95 just to try and show us how bad it really is. Real life experience of owning and using a device is the only way to know if it's any good or not. As to you SE is everything you will never realise just how wrong you are and continue to miss out on a the experience of owning a device from a company that actually delivers to it's customers an excellent experience.
It may not satisfy every one and not every ones device will be perfect but as i keep on explaining the number with problems is relatively few just get over it and get excited about your K850 and how utterly brilliant that will be i just hope your not disappointed when it eventually arrives and doesn't have any problems as that really would be a shame now wouldn't it.
As i stated before the GPS has had A-GPS added so the delay in satellite acquisition is now fixed and fast.
Marc

i dont hate N95 (who probably many thinks...he he). its amazing so many different special "functions" N95 have...Touche Nokia......little bad that they not works 100%...................
(the thing i like most with N95 is the screen.....the thing i hate most is the chassis design).
i (mostley) use 5 things with my cell phones.
sms. mms. make calls. take pics & listen to music.
(thats why i LoVe the simplicity with )

Well so the gps is faster, I do not have this shutdowns and memory card problems so non of the faults you mention plankgatan are true for me
anyway I believe that this whole thread is pointless and it will lead nowhere.the only think we can compare about this 2 phones is the camera. so we should wait the k850i to be released and then compare them(the cameras )

Stupid comparison. We should be comparing the rumored n82 with the 850i. Lock thread? |

well we could compare and the n95 with the k850i.but i agree this thread is pointless lock

The new V12 for the N95 fixed 95% and more of the problems. When was the last time SE came this close. The GPS is fast and reliable, no crashes (are you listening SE and Plank-whatever?). The phone is pretty good at this point in time.

Camera's, camera's, camera's. Esato has become the complain and moan capital of the world about camea phones. Fact, they will never be as good as a dedicated digital. Fact, they are meant to add value to the phone, not become a phone camera.
Come on guys and get real. Camera's in phones are nice but not the end all. Things need to be kept in prospective.

Due to bordom, I went back and read this thread. By far, this thread is topping all others as the dumbest thread alive, naturally led by Plankton and Successor. They put guesses forward as fact then try to defend the undefendable. So for the sake of argument, has either of these two defenders of fantasy ever held this magical, mythical phone in their collective hands? Have either of them tested the features, has either had the chance to confess their love and devotion to this goddess of technology?
Survey says: NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They go on and on and on and on about how it does this, does that, regardless of the facts from QVGA, or Dogmann (Marc), and Don't Ask. For the sake of embarassment, mods please close this thread and save these two Disney Land inhabitants from their continued thinking. Obviously they have to be hurthing themselves.
