Hi Peeps,

I have a P990i, and find that I cannot send or recieve MMS on it. Every time I create a message and tap send, it goes to the Outbox. It will stay there indefinately.

If i check the status of the message, it says that it is scheduled to send at XX:XX time. The time comes and goes, and it reschedules the send.

I can browse the internet on the P990i fine, so the GPRS account is fine. I ahve changed the priorities of the data accounts, no change. Set the account for the MMS to use, no change.

FW is as follows:
Phone: R9F011
Bluetooth: R5A01
Organiser: R5A17
CDA:R7A01

Any ideas?

P.S I use the same settings on my K800i and it works a treat. Same SIM too.

Hi Thx for reply,

Checked the MMS settings, and all seems fine in that department.

Resent myself both the MMS and GPRS settings (from SE site and Orange), still no change.

Any other suggestions?

Actually i'd faced the same problem a while ago... When i used to send mms they simply went to outbox... No schedules given either... Then it was a problem with my phone's mms settings, not the mms config. settings, they were ok...

Have a quick read of this i had the same problem with o2.

The solution was to ring and ask them to activate MMS!

Hope this helps
