Please help me out!!! My SE W850 keeps failing on me. My friend suggested a firmwhare update from the SE site. I downloaded 2.6.11.7.exe and run it but gave me an error.
Fatal error Java.lang.InvocationTargetException.
Can anybogy tell what this means and/or provide me with a working update?

well if you cant get it to work download kulankendi
and get a generic update from there (it should cost like 7 euros but use the login:kulan and password:kulan)

That kulan/kulan is only applicable for free EROM update. For finalisation of firmware, you need to buy credit and wait for your real login/password to be mailed to you. |

Have you installed Java properly? Try reinstall Java from java.sun.com
What is the error that happen to your W850? Detail please. Also what is your EROM and firmware version? Ppl using W850 may help you more if you provide more detail.
