i hope they add this functionality..

this are the two upgrades i want
1. protect folders
2. enable recording from FM

They should just implement a keypad lock with password. Even the cheapest of Nokia has it. This will protect just about everything. Nobody can make calls, see your SMS, pictures, etc.

there's a way to protect your files with 3rd party software.. but never heard anything that could possibly lock your inbox from any brand of the phone.. ( maybe im wrong? )

QuickShare , you're wrong , Samsung D500 , D600 etc. can do this . There is an option to lock inbox , pics folders , music foders etc.

Yez they can do that. But i just dont like Samsung phones exept from the design.

had a samsung x700 before and it had that feature. hopefully SE would add that same function someday.
