I just got a bran new t68i sealed in the box off ebay, when making my first call with the phone i noticed a loud buzz, vibration whenever someone would talk to me. The sound is like the speaker is loose or cracked. ANY ideas on what to do would save me.

The buzzing you hear is probably the vibrating alert, when you set this on "off" it won't happen again,
if so you can visit a SP nearby, they can make sure the phone is functioning as it should function, if not they are able to fix some small errors

The SE service point is in Minnesota here in the US. You need to call their 800 number and file a claim ticket with them. After that they will give you a number to call to make arrangments to send the phone to them. Turn around time should be approx 10 days - 2 weeks. It will be covered under warranty.

Try going to chinatown, there is a place there called Time Zone, i know they fix all kinds of nokia problems, i went there to get my 8890 lcd replaced, i am not sure about se, but it is worth trying unless you are somewhere far, like fall river or whatever. anyway, if you want to get to the place go to the chinese gates there, if you know what i am talking about, so the store is one street up... go ask for terry, he might help you, otherwise it has to be sent to se in minessota, like it was suggested in a previous post...
