If you are trying to reach for technical support in North America, call them at 1-800-ERICSSON (1-800-374-2776). Hours are:

Monday - Sunday 8:00am - 9:00pm EST

doesn't maintain localized service points here like they do in other regions. If you need service on your phone, you'll have to send it to their facility in Minnesota. To obtain an RMA, call them at 1-651-229-5862. Hours are:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 8:00pm CST

Before you send your phone in, you should back up any personal data. will flash the firmware to the latest version for your model, but will not perform the T68m->T68i upgrade. For more info on that, check out this thread.

For the US customers, what is the latest firmware? R2F or R5f??

sfaguy, the latest information I have is that they are using R5A020. They might be able to answer the question directly at the phone number above, though.

Philly PA, returned T68m, got an 8390 from AT&T Wireless
