 | I'm paying Rs.399 every month for Internet GPRS(mOBILE oFFICE-Airtel). I had left hope for a better plan, other than the prepaid Rs.12 per month thing on Airtel Prepaid. ....................I hadn't known about bsnl's POSTpaid GPRS tariff of Rs.199 per month for UNLimited usage, so now that I do...could you BSNL users confirm good service from BSNL with GPRS? Thanks in advance.I've changed many operators so this time I'm being cautious.

 | Maybe there is price difference, but AirTel is the best anyway.

 | @wapt Is BSNL that bad? I mean, in spite of the price being almost half as much as of Airtel and no download limit, you'd still prefer Airtel?:) . . . . . |

 | u should consider hutch prepaid gprs @ 99 pm unlimited. it is only for the phones though, but ip 10.10.1.100 & port 9402 should do the trick with firefox it goes pretty fast & messengers work amazingly.

 | @LANCER018 Hutch blocks sites and it's worse if you're addicted to wap.........like I am. I guess BSNL doesn't have too many takers....is there ANYBODY who has had a good experience with BSNL?

 | @whizkidd and neha, I am not from India, but I had roaming on different networks there and used gprs. I prefer Airtel from personal experience.

 | BSNL GPRS is not that good. Only 25kbps here in Karnataka. So Airtel still remains at the top. |

 | @neha you should try to find someone in your area who is using bsnl gprs to find out their experience cos service will vary from place to place. Quizerooni٩(͡๏̯͡๏ ۶ |

 | @niranjan007 yes I checked on their site-it's unlimited for Rs.199. @blu I guess I'll have to do that.
Man,everytime I check this thread I go away convinced that I should go just for Airtel, but the Rs.199 plan for UNLIMITED tempts me back. If only their service was good...

 | @all read enough.. Dear ones.. Bsnl isn't that bad.. I am using 200kbps speed on my dad's 6681..(search for free Gprs on bharat sanchar nigam limited on Esato..)(am just 15, so no personal phones.. Lol..) actually the speeds depend on the distance of your town from Bsnl's Gprs server which is in chandigarh.. So great speeds.. Likewise in Airtel the speeds in north are pathetic.. Whereas people from south are getting amazing speeds.. As the server is in bangalore..,
