that krussell case has got a big flap on it!

imagine what it looks like when you answer a call with the flip open?!

I can believe that with such an expensive beast.

like I said, just go to a phone shop, or even a camera shop, and buy a generic case for now

yeah, thats not good for this class of phone, on the other hand the TyTN comes with a very good case

As Masseur recommended, just a good camera case for now until the quality cases are available. If you're in the UK and you have a Currys Digital (aka Dixons) near you they do a UKP4.99 case by Swordfish which I have used for a while and is okay.

Since the FW upgrade I have not had the backlight on the keypad stay on when in a tight pouch but the magnetic closing flap does effect the P990 'sense of direction' a bit - gets confused between FO and FC.

I use the SE case but modified it a bit by removing the inner pocket as it's a tight fit with it in place. You also have to stretch it a bit to "enlarge" it. No problems with the backlight coming on.
