The phone is water and shockproof and can even be taken for Scuba Diving and has GPS,All the operations for the handset are made via the the scratch resistance high resolution touch screen, which also doubles as a torch but don't hold your breath we may never get to see this phone but some of the features may be incorporated into future Nokia handsets.

That UI looks familar too....
It's taken directly from a P800! Identical!
Either Nokia are flirting with a lawsuit or that design is fake!

The idea/concept of a touchscreen Nokia phone sounds ridiculous to me since Nokia has no touchscreen phones except the unsuccessful and ugly 7710.

LOL yeah, and I'm not sure about setting up vibration alert on this handset either...you wouldn't want inquisitive Great White sharks, Bull Sharks or Tiger sharks picking up those vibrations in the water, would you...?

Don't blame Nokia. Those images are totally fake. Any concept image (and we recently published a number in our magazine) will not have a UIQ screen from a Sony Ericsson P800 on it!
You'll also find that real concept images look slick, not Photoshopped. Some are 3D renders, others are actually 'real' and put on show at exhibitions etc.
