While I took my K800i out of my pocket I scratched the screen on my belt so I need a new screen cover and the phone repair centre near me wont do it as they haven’t got the part and wont have until they have a higher demand to repair that model and it’s the same online, so does anyone know of anywhere in the UK I could send it as I don’t really want to buy another handset

Doesn't seem that bad, but I know how it is with a new phone.

You could try Service Location Thread.

Don't think they have Hell down there though

Yeah sorry I can't help you, but I feel for you as I myself have nightmares of even getting the slightest mark on my phone...

tried toothpaste but no effect, I know its only a small mark but I like things to be perfect and every time I look at the screen I can see it but thanks for your replies
