With all the news about government surveillance of phone calls, vectroTEL’s timing couldn’t be better with its X8 Secure Mobile Phone. The phone uses the AES encryption algorithm to make calls virtually impossible to tap. Crypto functions are secured with a user-determined PIN code. To make secure calls, however you need an X8 on both ends of the call.
