Don't quote me on this but I think you do, I think that under 200 mins (like me ) they don't roll over, but they do on 200 mins and over plans

yea mins roll over and so do texts for me. i am on the online 200. go into your unbilled calls summary and it shows the total allowances you have this month and how much used to date.

But calls made recently usually take 48hours to show up online btw.

Any easier way to check remaining free minutes? Like calling customer services, it's not always possible for me to check online. I know on t-mob you simply call 150 and it quotes it.

That's real good.... I got the 1000 off peak xnet and 1000 texts. Getting another contract for on peak calls though (200xnet anytime for £4 a month)

How do you check your remaining minutes for o2 mate, online? I'm wondering if you can by calling up.

o also while on the subject of o2. about upgrades. i'm looking to upgrade in october time. in there upgrade policy it says they give you a choice of handsets to choose from. if the phone you want isn't on that list you have to pay the rrp. well i want to upgrade to a p990i i mean it should be on my upgrade list becasue i have a P910i at the moment with them. but is there a chance that it wont be on the list and then i'll have to pay the rrp of the phone? any one else upgraded with o2 and could tell me how it works ? thanks

Tell them you'll leave as another network offered it to you for free with a new contract... they should then offer it to you for real cheap.... there's another thread about getting good deals on here somewhere.

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=95920 There you go mate.

O2 offer great deals on minutes and have decent reception, it's just the CS that lets them down, honestly if it were like t-mob they'd be perfect!
