Best O2 contract deal you have heard of. |

I've just been offered the following:
K750i FOC
Blue Tooth Head Set FOC
Online 400 (normally) £45 per month for £30 per month
12 month contract
This seems a decent deal to me but I was wondering if anyone had managed to haggle even more than I did before I take the plunge.
P.s. It is an upgrade deal |

thats a crap deal Im afraid.
When your 12 months are up (OR, if you go on their monthly sim only contracts), phone them up, ask for PAC code. they put you through to Retentions. When asked why you want to leave, say '3' have offered you 500 mins for 15 quid (or 750 mins for 17 quid if you want more minutes).
The above is true -- you can get these deals on '3' via cashback.
Watch them instantly bend over backwards, offer you the same minutes plus 400 texts for the same price.
I am on this tarriff and nobody can beat it LOL |

I got a SIM only deal but as i have another contract (O2 100, for £15 i mite add!!!) got this one. It is 400 xnetwork mins and 1000 txts for £30!!!!!  And thats for life, and after a year ill tell im leavin if i dont get an upgrade!!!!! |

Chiefwiggums one sounds like a blinder of a deal but I'm not sure if they will offer that to me! |

I've only been with them for a year as well.........
Looks like the £30 per month for 400 mins anytime and 1000 is a winner IMO.
If anyone else has good deals to share then please do so, hopefully everyone watching will get great deals next time around!

its cross network 500 mins. Trust me, they WILL offer it to you. You just have to talk to them nicely and calmly, and also to the right dept. Do what I said above, and post back the results tomorrow.
Forgot to mention -- they should offer you the deal straight away as O2 are absolutely desperate to keep customers right now, but if they dont just say 'ummm...no i think i'll pass on that, the '3' deal is still better'  Be persistent and you'll get the deal. You migth even get it a bit cheaper if you want to try your luck ....

i just called up o2 and spoke to the retentions department asking for a PAC code - I said I can get 750minz x-net, 150 text and a 6630 for £11.99/month on a 12 month 3 contract. They offered me 750minz x-net, 400 text for £20 which I was tempted by however all the handsets they were giving me for free are crap...they're even asking me for £9.99 for a K700i which is my handset I have atm and bought from them last yr! I think I mite be giving it a miss because of the handset, otherwise I would consider it!

Nice deal, I've been told that I will get a FOC phone so might go for that deal!
My £30 per month 400 mins 1000 text is starting to sound average!!
