Hello everybody, i've just bought my z520i and i was very happy to use it until, when i was making a call suddenly it turned off. I thought i was a battery problem and i started to charge it but it doesn't even charge when i plug it, what's happening?

Try to remove for some seconds the battery and then reinsert it. Then go for recharging. If it still refuses, then.. go for repair!

if u are lucky, its just a fw bug, might be hw bug. anyway, if its under warranty, it will be replaced or repaired. bring it back to se service and let it check by experts.

You should be able to take it into any SE service center, not just the website.
