When i switch my k750i off then put it on charge it sometimes switches it self back on and ask's me to enter my pin, should it do this or not ?

sounds like a fw bug. do u have the latest one? visit an se service and let it upgrade. if u have warranty and its hw bug, ull get a new fone if there is a bigger trouble with your fone.

this usually happens when your phone is connected to the pc. are you charging your phone while connected to the pc (via usb or dock station)?

I have the lastest firmware & I don't use the usb cable to charge just the normal charger.

we had a discussion about this issue a while back and there were a mixture of responses as to whether this behaviour occured for members

in my experience, it does not happen if I turn the phone off and connect the charger when the charger is actually plugged into the power socket. However, if I plug the turned off phone into the charger when the charger is not plugged into the electricity then I see the behaviour you describe

I have no explanation why it works that way, or why some K750's do the same and other don't

best way is to plug the charger first in the wall connector and only after it in the fone. as i know, there is a tiny impulse , when the charger is connected in the wall connector, this could effect the batt and the fone aswell, so i follow since years my service friend advice and turn off the fone and plug in the way mentioned above.
