is the t65 compatible with the t28 cable?
What can I do with this cable?
Logos, ringtones, saving data from the memory, flash software?
Wich programs are compatible?

yes it's the same... it works with T28/T29/T20/T39/R380/T68/T65/R600/T66 etc etc 
you can't update the firmware in the phone (this needs special hardware) with the cable...
for software to communicate with the PC check this thread

are the softs the same for t68(i) and t65 ?
my firmware is a R5A serie, the packages are compatibles or do I have to wait for new ones?
what do I need to flash a firmware?

to update the firmware you need a hardlock and a service card... these things are only available for servicepoints...
some of it is the same... but you can also check http://www.sonyericsson.com/support |

ok, only the SE centers so.
I guess new firmware don't come out every month 
I search on SE site already but I didn't found the download section for t65 |

if you go to http://www.sonyericsson.com/support , enter T65 in the field, then when you are on the T65 support page you scroll down to the Software section |
