Ok i got my w800i just 3 days ago and the battery won't charge past 75% can any one help me please

Have you tried draining your battery and then fully charging it ? I know you're not supposed to drain li-poly batteries, but it might help if it's a faulty battery indicator.

I had the battery at 2% today and now it's charging it's been on 75% for a while now and i'm using RIL002 it's telstra branded firmware i would flash it but have no idea how to do it

Have you tried turning the phone off before and while it's charging (the phone turns on by itself while charging of course)?

I'm not sure about this but the battery seems to last much longer if I fully charge the phone this way than when I charge it while it's normally on.

if u have warranty, bring back the fone and let check the charger aswell, it could cause this bug too.

Well it just sits on 75% for ages when i leave it over night it says it's in the 90's but i unplug the charger then put it back in and it goes to 75%

i agree with boba, if it is under warranty, which it definately will be, then why bother/waste your time messing with it?! take it straight to a service centre or back to where you got it and get them to fix it or replace it!
