Hello guyz.

I know opera mini is only for Java enabled and non-symbian phones and Opera for mobile is for all symbian and Windows enabled phones. Does opera mini provide the same services as opera for mobile? Can u surf almost every site using opera mini?

And those who are already using Opera mini could please tell me if you can disable the Small Screen Rendering?

Thank you
Cheers!

CiberKnight,

Can you access wap.yahoo.com and actually login? Whenever I try that, the "login/submit" button is always rendered as a plain text.

That occurs because wap sites are not designed/meant to be browsed by html browsers.
But there are some sites out there which do not have this "problem" gmailwireless.com/wap for example..i can login thru a pc even though its a wapsite.

Why you still want to access a wapsite if Opera Mini enable you to access its website?

AFAIK, Opera Mini don't have download and save page features...

@kristianm,
I can login using wap.yahoo.com,
But I think if we can login from main site, there's no need to open wap site..

@rifqi,
Latest opera mini 4.2 now supports offline page saving, embedded direct download and embedded mobile youtube streaming...

To download latest opera mini, open mini.opera.com from your phone native browser.. follow the instructions there..

And for thread owner, I already using OperaMini since 2 years ago... And I think I can access almost all sites without problem.. Now I'm replying Esato using Opera Mini

Sorry I don't understand about small screen rendering..
