Ok so my contracts going to end next week, and I was wondering if I could upgrade my phone or not? I checked on the o2 help site but it asked to call their national rate number, which could last for any amount of time. Was just checking if anyone on here could help? I had the k700 last year, was wondering if I could get a k750 this year. I got my old phone for free with the contract, now if I can't get a free phone this year I'll hav to cancel the contract adn then get the contract again but getting the free phone. Any experience with o2 contracts anyone?

If you want to avoid calling O2 on their national rate number, have a look here:

for a local or free call rate number to contact them on.

If you ask for your PAC code to leave them they will probably offer you a K750i free.

Do ya think? A friend had their phone on a contract, then they couldnt' get a new phone after the contract restarted, so they canceled and got a new contract, apparently they didn't go over their monthly minutes so obv o2 would of lost out money i suppose.
