hi guys i was wondering if u could help me with something silly?
at the top of my screen on my phone i have a little envelope with what looks like a number 8 in the top right hand corner of the envelope symbol!!(mabye its something else)
what is it and how do i remove it from my screen?

There was a thread about this.....this is likely to be what was concluded as a faxmelding icon....dont ask what it means, cause the word is dutch and i can barely manage english

nah defo not that guys!! with regards to mrao comments that seems to be the problem!! reseting the phone is the only way im afraid.can anyone tell me how to do this?when i go in to master reset it aks me for a phone lock code!!
where do i get this code?
