K750 Video Playback Seek (Fast Forward. |

Does anyone know how to seek through video on the K750? I've got a couple of movies on my memory stick but I find that when I stop a clip, it doesn't save the last position and I have to go right back to the beginning.
Does anyone know a way around this (short of reencoding videos in smaller chunks and then adding them to a playlist?
I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks!

Watch the videos through media player, then hold the joystick right/left to fastforward/rewind respectively (or up and down when in fullscreen)
Unfortunately the fastforward speed is horribly slow so like you said, the only feasible way of watching a long video is to split it up into lots of small clips. |

Thanks evinco,
Anyone know about any alternative media/video playback software available for the K750i? The one that comes is by no means bad but something a bit more robust would be good. I would program one myself but I have no idea about programming at all :$ |

Nope, afraid yours is far from the only cry for another media player (see here) but as of yet there's nothing . I've read in a couple of places that due to the way the java is implemented on the K750i, java programs can't properly access the media capabilities of the phone - in other words our only hope for a better player might only be if do it themselves in a new firmware update
