BROD is a very bad thing lol, when having BROD you cant use your phone, when turning the phone on, nothing appears and the keyboard/camera light only goes on (fixable with SEUS).

You can change the layout of your phone by using A2uploader, http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=177034

Read this topic, it has the download link, tutorial and alot of different layouts etc. for the K850.

Thnx!
Knew about A2uploader but didn't know what to do with the layout files.
Had absolutely no idea about BROD though!lol!

Now if u or someone else can tell me the point of using camera drivers and acoustics. Would be really thankful!

To tell you the truth, Im happy with the original ones too. But if there's something better available why not have it!
But thanks for your opinion!

Hello,
I have a SE K850i and it is using firmware R1EA031, dated 080206.
Dunno what the first number is, but is says 1200-4404.
When I try to update firmware using SEUS, it says Update not available.
What may be wrong?
I am using Vista x64 btw.
Thanks.

Buntoo...how do you use topse.ru? I can't see the pictures of the theme packs.

And I can't see the code you have to type in to register...

I think your phone is out of battery. Either charge it in a friend's mobile (if you have the chance) or if not, remove and reattach the battery. Then plug in the charger. Leave it for a few hours and don't attempt to turn on the phone. Maybe you'll have enough battery power to flash the phone again.

Today my phone finally decided to stop working, at 1st i thought it was BROD as its very similar, phone starts normally but after a couple of touches of the buttons the screen goes black and the keypad stays lit, not the camera though and buttons dont respond.

I have to hold down the off button for a considerable time to switch off, then process starts all over again, I've reflashed via SEUS but its still the same.

Anyone had this before and is it a hardware issue ?

No its most likely a software issue (BROD)..
You should try and reflash again, its the only free solution, or youd have to pay to use totalgsm, davinci client,.. I suggest you try again!
