There's always a spare stylus.

But buying new ones after that ain't cheap! So once you're on your second one, you better start being careful!

Do you guys think G702 will be cheaper than G900? Replacing 5mp AF lens with a fixed 3mp module without led flash while adding Gps and HSDPA onboard. i do hope it'll just be a little more expensive than G700 and not near the price of G900

after watching for several months, i came to the conclusion that their strategy actually could really pay off
why? because of the touchscreens
with the hype of the iphone, touchscreens became the synonyme for high end / expensive devices - but se makes these high end devices affordable for the masses, so the introduction of an iphone 3G could even help the sales of se phones |

Hey Mizz/anyone else in the know,
I know this seems an inappropriate time to be asking this, but roughly when would the next announcements after Communicasia be? Just around which month would it be likely to see something more? |

Completely agree, the iPhone's given user interface development a real push, but its biggest issue in europe is text input. Texting is not as nice with an on-screen keyboard however good it is. I think the combination of a touchscreen and a "normal" keypad in a "normal" phone is going to be quite a sales point. I still like the stylus and handwriting, but I know that's not popular with others.
I'm wondering though if SE will ever start putting more sensible quantities of flash into these. A lot of its competitor devices have 8Gb+. Se phones require users to get an M2 card to use too many features. That's cheap for people who know where to look online, but the high street shops make users pay through the nose for these. |

jep, the flash part is a problem - but a walkman "smartphone" could actually solve that problem |

I've got no freaking idea. Sorry.

Yeah, an upgrade for the W960i must be drawing near...
I think its decent enough to hope for 16GB, though Sony Walkmans make me a little unsure because they never go for the large flash memories.

Well, if the cam is as good as mizzle says, and there are some other decent features, I think that's a fair price

I'll show you pics from G702 after the weekend. Maybe also a P1 / Paris comparison, if you behave

nope, I think it will be very close to G700 original price, but it maybe a little bit more, both G700 & G702 ar just another variant, but duo to the fact that GPS, WiFi & HSDPA exist in G702 this mean a little price premium over G700 but I don't think it will be that much to be compared to G900, even if we take into account the small margin in price between G700 and G900 ( only 50 Euro / Dollars )
